- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Two years ago painful feet was the normal setting for me. Sometimes worse than others, but seldom was I free from pain of one sort or another. That's when I started receiving treatment from Josh Cheng at George Street Podiatry. Now after orthotics, different therapies involving trigger points, exercises, and encouragement my new normal is pain free walking. Infant I just completed the 50 k walk over one day with Oxfam - an impossible thing for me to even think about before. The day after the event I felt so empowered. I could do it - and still walk freely the next day too! Anyone with chronic foot pain will know that when you are free from it every pain free step is a gift.
